Input Field

The Input Field prefab not only provides a styled input for text. But can be linked to a Keyboard to easily provide simple text input in an XR experience.

This prefab utilizes a custom class that inherits Unity’s Input Field component. This allows for input via XR interaction such as the Keyboard prefab.
